There has been a change in our meeting schedule for this week. The Saturday, September 14th meeting has been moved to Sunday, September 22, 2013 at 1:00 p.m. (NOT NOON). This Wednesday’s meeting will still be at 6:30 at:

528 Burlington Avenue, Apt. B*

Delanco, NJ 08075

We will be planning an event for October, as well as getting together some details for other upcoming events and discussing recruitment/potential alumnae initiates. Please bring anything you would like to share as well as a pen and paper.

ALSO:

National has changed the due date for our 2013 Alumnae Chapter National Dues** from January to September. This means we need to pay our chapter dues of $50.00 before September 30, 2013. A Paypal account has been set up on the “Dues” page under the “Members” tab. Please pay $5.00 for your National dues by September 25, 2013 at midnight, so that I can have our chapter Treasurer send the money to National.

*You will need to go around the back of the house to the wooden stairs with the lights and leaf garland. The apartment is located on the second floor. Parking is available in the driveway on the side of the house where the stairs are, as well as across the street. DO NOT PARK ON THE MAIN ROAD! You will get a ticket if you do*

*Alumnae Chapter National Dues are not your individual dues. Your independent alumnae dues are due in January and are based off of your payment plan with National (yearly, triennially, or lifetime). The fee being paid at this time is for our chapter as a whole and totals $50.**

Our second and third meeting went fairly well and we were able to make some serious headway setting our chapter up. Please check your e-mails and our Facebook group for the meeting minutes and updates. Officer voting will take place on the Facebook between Wednesday, August 21st to Friday, August 23rd at midnight. The officers will be announced on Monday, August 26th. If you would like to run for a poisiton please contactg me at [email protected] or through Facebook by  5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, August 20th.

Hello Ladies!

We will be having two meetings this August to help get the chapter up and running, and I hope to see you all there! We will be getting together at my apartment for both meetings and, as we were unable to do so at our last meeting, we will discuss (and hopefully elect!) our officers, so if you feel that you would to commit to a position please do your best to be there!

At our Wednesday meeting (for those who cannot make it Saturday) we will be having cocktails/mocktails and discuss the same agenda that will be discussed on Saturday. Please bring some paper and a pen, anything specific you would like to eat/drink or share, as well as any ideas you may have!

On Saturday we will be having a light brunch, and as previously stated, will discuss the same agenda as Wednesday's meeting. Please bring some paper and a pen, anything specific you would like to eat/drink or share, as well as any ideas you may have!

Good afternoon ladies! Our meeting will be this Saturday, June 15th, at the Batsto Historic Village. The meeting should run from 10:00 a.m. to around noon, and if anyone would like to bring anything feel free We will be meeting in the picnic area, so if the weather changes we will be rescheduling for next Saturday, June 22nd, at the same time and place. At the meeting we will discuss officer positions, decide how we would like to organize philanthropy and fundraising events, and plan some get-togethers and networking opportunities for the year.

I hope you all can make it, and please spread the word to any other sisters you know that would be interested in coming!

Good Evening Everyone!

I apologize for taking so long to have all of the details together for our upcoming interest meeting. I am currently looking for a place where all of us will fit, and will be speaking with Stockton tomorrow to try and arrange for us to use a meeting room in case I am unable to get any of the libraries I am looking in to. I will keep you all posted with what is going on and update our facebook accordingly. 

Please check out the "Forum" section of this website and check out the current discussion topic - I'd love to see your feedback! 

I will try to give you all a firm answer tomorrow about where we will be for our meeting and look forward to seeing everyone there!

Good Morning Ladies!

I would like to hold an interest meeting on June 15th, provided enough people will be available, so that we can discuss upcoming events, brainstorm ideas, set up our chapter, and select officers. At this time I am still looking for locations to hold the meeting at. I am hoping we will be able to maybe get a meeting room at Stockton or one of the libraries in the area, however I do not know if that will be possible, so any suggestions would be helpful! 

Meeting aside, I am so excited to see that we have three members on this page, and hope to have more people become members soon! While I wil continue to update our alumnae page, I tend to take care of our webpage first, so this is the first place to look for any information, and has more information than I can post on Facebook, plus great links to Sigma Connect and our old website. 

I hope you all have a great week, and to hear from some of you soon with any ideas you may have!

Thank you everyone who came out and walked with the Epsilon Epsilon chapter yesterday at The March of Dimes! The chapter was able to raise $1,000 and everyone had a blast reconnecting and getting acquainted with the active sisters and their friends. It felt great to help an organization as dedicated to helping children as Tri Sigma is. I hope to see even more of you next year at the walk!

On that note, several alumnae and active sisters have also been participating in other philanthropic walks, runs, and fundraisers, such as the Relay for Life. If you would like to have it announced on this website that you will be participating in an activity such as the aforementioned ones, or would like to garner more support either through monetary donations or having a sister come actively participate with you, please let me know wither through here or the facebook page so that everyone is able to know about your mission and help you accomplish your goals. Please let me know also if you would be interested in participating in any other type of fun runs, tough mudders, or color runs- I'm sure there are a ton of alumnae who would love to join your team!
